This means that you are not an employee of Energe or Arise.As an independent contractor:Taxes are not withheld from your earnings. You are responsible for managing and paying your own federal, state, and local taxes.
You will receive a 1099-NEC form at the end of the year if your annual earnings exceed $600.
It is strongly recommended that you save all receipts related to business expenses, such as your headset, computer, internet service, certification fees, or other work-related costs. These may be tax deductible as business expenses when you file your taxes.Working as an independent contractor requires personal discipline, time management, and self-motivation. All upfront expenses and fees incurred for onboarding, certification, and equipment setup are considered business investments—and may be deductible under IRS self-employment tax guidelines.

Onboarding Process: Step-by-Step
1. Apply Online
Start by completing our quick application form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a welcome email with your referral link and detailed next steps to join our Arise network under Energe Financial Corp LLC (IB ID: 392471).
2. Register with Arise
Create your profile on the Arise Virtual Solutions platform. This is where you’ll complete your background check, select Energe as your Independent Business, and access available client opportunities.
3. Complete Your Background Check
Submit your background check through Arise’s secure system. Approval typically takes 1–3 days.
4. Choose a Client Program
Browse available opportunities and select the client that best matches your schedule and interests. Each client program includes a short certification course to prepare you for success.
5. Get Certified & Set Up Your Equipment
Complete the client’s online training, pass your certification, and ensure your home office setup meets Arise’s technical requirements (PC, headset, and reliable internet).
6. Start Earning from Home
Once certified, you’ll begin servicing clients as an independent contractor through Energe. You choose your hours, work from your own home, and get paid bi-weekly for your performance.

Fees associated with servicing through the Arise platform and Energe Financial Corp LLC may vary based on the client program you select. Each client opportunity outlines its own requirements, training details, and associated costs, which are presented clearly within the Arise system before enrollment.
Typical fees may include:
Client Certification Fee: Ranges from $0 to $250, depending on the client’s training program and duration.
Platform and Administrative Fees: Standard bi-weekly deductions apply for access and support services.
Energe does not determine or control Arise’s client-specific certification fees. All costs, requirements, and terms are fully disclosed during the client selection and enrollment process within the Arise portal. Agents are encouraged to carefully review all details before committing to a client program.
